Across small towns and neighbourhoods in India, local retailers have become the everyday bridge between citizens and essential digital services — helping someone update an Aadhaar detail, print a certificate, or pay a utility bill without a long trip to a government office.
But running that counter usually meant separate logins, separate wallets, and separate learning curves for every single service. Saarthi Print Portal was built to remove that friction: one registration, one wallet, one dashboard, and a clear price for every request before it's submitted.
We built the platform around three simple ideas — transparency in pricing, verification through the customer's own OTP for every sensitive request, and fast, dependable processing that retailers can count on in front of their customers.
It is not a government portal, and it does not offer any way to bypass OTP verification or official identity checks. Every Aadhaar, PAN and Voter ID action on our platform is tied to the account holder's own verified mobile number — that's a line we don't cross, for any request.
